Your logo is the smallest part of your brand.Your logo is the smallest part of your brand.
The rest is working out why someone should choose you, then making that obvious everywhere they see you.
Your brand is everything that helps someone decide about you. The name, the words on your packaging, the colours, the photos, the way you sound in an email. When all of it says the same thing, you are easier to choose.
So we start with the questions underneath all of that. Who are you for. What makes you different from the other options in front of your customer. Why should someone pick you. Once those are answered, I know what the design has to do.
I was a software engineer before I became a designer. It shows in what you get at the end: everything built so other people can use it properly. Your brand still looks like itself when you are not the one making it.
Sneha is one of those rare people who just gets it: you don't have to explain the brief twice, you don't have to chase for updates, and you definitely don't have to worry about the output. She's sharp, dependable, and genuinely invested in the work she does.

Questions
What founders ask before they hire me.
1
Services & offerings
What kind of projects do you take on?
Brand strategy, identity and packaging for founder-led businesses. Product or service, pre-launch or already trading. If your brand needs deciding as much as it needs designing, that is the work I do best.
Can you help with just a logo?
No. A logo on its own doesn’t make a brand. It works next to the positioning, the colour, the type and the way all of it behaves together. On its own it’s just a mark. If a logo really is all you need, I’m not the right fit.
Do you design websites too?
Yes, as part of an identity project or on its own. The site should carry the brand, not reinterpret it.
2
Process & workflow
What is your design process like?
You book, we talk, we make the decisions together, then I design them. Every direction comes with its reasoning, so you always know why it looks the way it does.
How involved will I be?
I need you for the decisions and not much else. One working session at the start, honest answers when I ask for them. You do not need a brief. Making the brief is my job.
How do you handle revisions?
Three rounds of changes are included. Because every direction comes with its reasoning, feedback tends to be about the decision rather than about taste, which makes it faster for both of us.
3
Pricing & collaboration
How much does a project cost?
Each package has a fixed price. You get the exact number when you enquire, and it does not change once we start.
Do you work with hourly rates?
No. Fixed prices, agreed before anything begins. You should never feel nervous about sending me an email.
Do you take on retainers?
Yes, for ongoing design and art direction once a brand is established. It works best when there is a steady flow of applied work.
4
Practicalities
How long does a typical project take?
Identity projects usually run four to six weeks. Packaging depends on how many products. Your proposal will have the honest timeline before you commit to anything.
Will I own the final files?
Yes. On final payment, full ownership of the delivered work transfers to you, including editable source files.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it over before we talk and I will sign it.
Tell me what you’re building.
Send a short message about your business. If it looks like a fit, we’ll book a call.
